Watch TAIMI Talks, a Massive Streaming Event With LGBTQ+ Stars

From relatable social problems to expressing themselves around current political issues, there is a lot for the speakers to cover during TAIMI Talks, an event created by TAIMI, the world’s biggest LGBTQ+ platform that features a social network and dating app. The event will be a debut of the in-app streaming format, featuring influential LGBTQ+ activists, athletes, influencers, and media personalities as the headliners, there to help users to address some sensitive topics as well as have some fun during the weekend.

Alyssa Edwards, Jason Wimberly, Blair Imani, Chris Mosier, Ts Madison, and Monique Heart will hold their personal lectures touching upon significant matters they think need to be addressed, as well as sharing advice from their field of work, be it legislation, sports, cooking or entertainment.
Alyssa Edwards, star of Netflix’s Dancing Queen and one of the best-known drag queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race, will be hosting a dance class for all TAIMI users. “Please join me, as I’ve teamed up with TAIMI Talks livestream from my dance studio,” she encouraged, “where I’ll be sharing TikTok choreography, my passion for dance, answering questions and tons of fun.”

Jason Wimberly, a celebrity Hollywood trainer, model, and television personality will share a few secrets and exercises that will definitely help you to keep your body and mind full of energy and more healthy.
“I’m excited to join TAIMI Talks September 13th because I know we all need to be moving our bodies a lot more than we are these days, so I’m ready to bring you some sweaty fun! Fitness for me is really about loving ourselves as we are, but working to build a better us tomorrow, and that is in perfect alignment with the TAIMI brand. Get ready to jump, squat, and maybe twerk with me live on the TAIMI app,” says Jason.
TAIMI Talks are also going to highlight subjects that are, at times, uncomfortable to discuss out in the open. Chris Mosier, the first known out trans athlete to join a U.S. National Olympic team and a transgender rights advocate, will share his story fighting for inclusive trans legislation, pushing the world to become more inclusive, as well as helping to shape the positive cultural perceptions of trans people across the world.
A writer, mental health advocate, and historian living at the intersections of Black, queer, and Muslim identity, Blair Imani, will talk about human rights and equality, supporting TAIMI’s mission of battling homophobia, biphobia, and trasphobia as well as helping more people become LGBTQ+ allies.
Monique Heart, another fabulous drag queen from RuPaul’s Drag Race, will hold an emotional conversation with TAIMI Talks participants, about expressing your feelings and living a life full of love both for yourself and everyone around.
And finally, Ts Madison, a transgender woman of color and an equal rights activist, will host an exclusive cooking lesson, sharing her favorite recipes and chatting with the viewers.
According to Taimi founder Alex Pasykov, an outspoken ally and avid supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, TAIMI Talks are a reflection of the evolution TAIMI has undergone, and another logical step in the platform’s mission to create and sustain a safe and secure place for everybody to express and accept themselves.
“TAIMI Talks are all about connecting people during these tremendously difficult times,” says Pasykov. “We are truly excited to see so much LGBTQ+ talent join us and spread the message of love and equality. It is tremendously important to continue educating people while also providing entertaining content to our users. TAIMI Talks have been a dream of mine for a while now, and I am really excited to see this event unfold!”
In addition to raising awareness about LGBTQ+ issues, TAIMI Talks is also set to educate people that are not part of the LGBTQ+ community but would like to become an ally.
The flagship livestreaming series will run throughout the weekend of September 12-13, and will be available to all the users of TAIMI — the world’s largest LGBTQ+ platform that features a social network and dating app.
